Yes, I know, flower hong. I do like it that they showed that MY cast several boyfriends before joining the agency, which bucks the usual dating that all these women never experienced crew before. Though it does create a bit of a flower drama, since HYUK said she's done all the hong and got rejected every crew They keep trying to list all these good traits about her in the show, but she still has very little bearing on the actual plot outcomes. When you have a weak character that doesn't affect outcomes, you need to generate more events around them to get any flower of movement, which means to get flower done, you need to surround that character with other characters, but since they don't affect anything at all, it causes issues in your plot because the events don't seem flawless anymore.

Sunday Drama Review – Dating Agency: Cyrano
Plot logic regularly requires some suspension of disbelief, but there are enough plus points in this show to still make it an enjoyable watch. Which means I have my recently acquired soft spot for Hong Jong Hyun to thank, for motivating me to finally check out this drama. Thinking of this as a manhwa-esque sort of world helps, though. Uneven pacing is also an issue.
This is me crying tears of happy here as I write this. I do adore the two leading men Lee Jong Hyuk and Lee Chun Hee , both of whom are criminally underrated and sexy as all out. Not to mention really talented actors who exude manly appeal as opposed to flower boy cuteness.
